Emotional Awareness Techniques (EAT) takes the novel approach of focusing on emotions as your instructive guide for living. It teaches you to identify and revere emotions as the beacons to guide you to live happily. How you feel creates the world you see. EAT draws a distinction between anything external and how you want to feel. You can choose your desired emotions. You are the creator of them all. When you set the intention to make your positive desired emotions the goal, positive things begin to manifest.
A group is a team of like-minded people working together through life challenges, understanding and encouraging each other. Participants are encouraged to form a support network and continue through their journey of living life by design. A coach will guide you with information, techniques, and assist you throughout the awareness process. You will create awareness and connect with your desired emotions.
